The Grand Opening of the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter took place on February 23, 2008. It was a wonderful event and attracted a crowd of hundreds. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa spoke and many pets found homes! Little Friends Photo was asked to photograph the event. Click HERE to see the gallery.
